James is frequently involved in projects for Stonewall.
In 2011, James toured secondary schools across the UK to talk about his experiences as an 'out' gay soldier serving in the British Army.







The crescent
The Crescent- an organisation providing support for people living with and affected by HIV/AIDS, is based in St. Albans, Herfordshire.
James is delighted to be a patron of this important organisation.















THT
Terrence Higgins Trust
Terrence Higgins Trust is the leading and largest HIV and sexual health charity in the UK.
THT was one of the first charities to be set up in response to the HIV epidemic and has been at the forefront of the fight against HIV, and improving the nation's sexual health, ever since.
James regularly fund raises for this important organisation and is proud to be a 'friend' of THT.







AKT supports young LGBT 16-25 year olds who are made homeless or living in a hostile environment. They aim to meet the individual needs of each young person and ensure they get back on track in life.  They support several hundred young people every year who have experienced domestic violence or have been ejected from home just for being brave enough to come out as Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual or Trans to their parents or care giver.
